In 1981 David B, Gordon, CLU founded and for 17 years operated one of the most successful State Farm Insurance agencies in the country. He ranked in the top 10 in commercial insurance sales from among more than 17,000 agents nationwide for several consecutive years.
In 1997 he left State Farm to start an independent brokerage in order to better serve his clients by representing “them” rather than “a company.”

After graduating from Hiram College in Ohio with a BA in Education, Pam worked in her father’s insurance agency full time. Pam joined Gordon Insurance in May of 2005 as an account manager in commercial insurance advancing to the manager of the commercial lines department. She is now the general manager of the office, overseeing staff and adminstrative needs as well as managing a few select accounts. Being the manager gives Pam the opportunity to give back to the industry by teaching others and sharing her experience.
Gary has been a Personal Lines Account Manager for over 17 years. Hailing from Santa Clara, California, he began his career working with his family’s insurance business while attending college. He currently holds two Associates Degrees in Marketing and Business Administration along with his Property and Causality Insurance License.
After working for several years in the hospitality industry, Carolyn Freshour joined Gordon Insurance in April of 2003.
She has held the position of Commercial Account Manager as well as Claims Manager and is currently working part time as an Administrative Assistant.
Richard Huebner has worked in commercial property management and non profit development before starting a career in insurance. For over twenty years Richard has specialized in commercial property and casualty insurance in the Bay Area.
Tiffany graduated from Notre Dame de Namur University in 2015 with Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She joined Gordon Insurance in November of 2014 as an intern for the personal lines department. She then transitioned to an account manager for the Personal Lines department in 2015. Tiffany is now the Accounting Manager. Due to Tiffany’s organization and structural skills, she brings great customer service and accountability skills to our company.
Keane joined Gordon Insurance in 2016 after graduating from the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland with two Bachelor’s degrees in Hospitality Management and Business Administration. Having worked for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, he works passionately for clients to provide them with the highest quality of service. Keane works with the Gordon Insurance team to craft bespoke insurance solutions and educate clients so they can make informed insurance decisions.
